PM Nawaz vows to resolve energy crisis within next few years

LONDON: Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif, while addressing in a reception held at a local hotel on Friday said that the Govt. will overcome the energy crisis in Pakistan within next few years.

While speaking in an address, he informed that every specified efforts are being made in order to overcome power and gas problems.

Meanwhile, he said that he will launch two new dams suited in Diamer and Dasu in May, which will produce 9000 megawatts electricity, whereas 21,000 megawatts power will be added by Pakistan Muslim League (PML-N) to national grid of Pakistan in next ten years.

On the other hand, Nawaz appreciated Britain for assisting Pakistan with terrorism and energy crisis.
