PM Nawaz visits Jama Masjid in New Delhi

NEW DELHI: Prime Minister of Pakistan, Mian Muhammad Nawaz Sharif, after attending the swearing-in-ceremony of newly designated Indian Prime Minister, Narendra Modi’s, visited Jama Masjid in New Delhi.

PM Nawaz on his visit to Jama Masjid in New Delhi offered prayers and met the Shahi Imam Syed Ahmed Bukhari, whereas after this visit he attended his one-on-one meeting with the newly designated 15th Indian PM, Narendra Modi.

Meanwhile, after his meeting and visit to Jama Masjid, Nawaz along with his son Hussain Nawaz and Pakistan High Commissioner in India visited the mosque built by great emperor Shah Jahan. After his tour of the historic mosque, he left for Red Fort.

The Indian reports revealed that Narendra Modi will meet Nawaz Sharif and other SAARC member and leaders in his designated office today.

The meeting will most likely discuss about the bilateral relationship between the two countries, whereas other matter in regard to their state’s national interest will also be discussed.
