ISLAMABAD: Federal Minister for Planning and Development, Ahsan Iqbal has said that recent visit of Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif to India would bring positive results for both the nations.
“It’s a new beginning in the relations of Pakistan and India, ” he stated this while talking to a private television channel.
He said that Prime Minister’s visit to India had removed the deadlock.
Minister said that leaders of Pakistan and India had talked to promote peace in the region. He said that recent tour of Premier will boost trade and business activities between the two countries.
He said that present government was taking all the parties on board while discussing the major national issues.
To a question, Federal Minister said that dialogue with Taliban could help resolve the matters.
He said that operation was not the solution of any problem. He, however said that those elements trying to disturb the peace efforts will face difficulties in future.
