May 11 protest: Red zone areas blocked with containers

ISLAMABAD: Red zone areas of Islamabad have been blocked due to security threats during Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf protest called in by PTI Chief Imran Khan on May 11 against the rigging which took place during elections, Aaj news reports.

According to the reports, Islamabad Security officials have decided to block down all the roads which are connected through the red zone areas, whereas all the markets and offices, located in the blue area will remain close tomorrow.

Meanwhile, PTI administration officers have arranged a separate container, as a protection shield around the stage.

It is pertinent to know that Security agencies have already warned PTI administration in regard to terrorist attacks, which could likely occur during tomorrow’s protest.
