Husband of Karisma Kapoor files a petition for kid’s custody

MUMBAI: Karisma Kapoor’s husband, Sanjay Kapoor has filed a petition in the court for the custody of his two children, Samaira and Kiaan, whereas the actress Karisma Kapoor is ready to fight back.

According to the Indian reports, Sanjay Kapoor, estranged husband of Karisma Kapoor has filed a petition at the Bandra Family Court by the help of his lawyers Jalaja Nambiar, Narayan Suvarana and Radhika Mehta. The petition was filed to take away the custody of his two kids, nine-year-old daughter Samaira and four-year-old son Kiaan.

The Indian reports revealed that Karisma Kapoor has not allowing Sanjay Kapoor to meet his own kids from a certain period of time, whereas the particular matter of issue was created after Karisma found out that his husband, Sanjay Kapoor is carrying a relationship with the hotelier Vikram Chatwal’s ex-wife.

Karisma and Sanjay Kapoor, due to their irreconcilable differences have filed a divorce and are fighting for their children’s custody, whereas Karisma Kapoor is likely to fight back with complete efforts to make her kids stay with her.

It is pertinent to know that Karisma Kapoor married a successful business man on September, 29, 2003, whereas their daughter Samaira was born on March 11,2005 and their son Kiaan was born on March 12, 2010.
