Curfew imposed in North Waziristan areas

MIRANSHAH: A curfew has been imposed for an indefinite period in Miranshah town of North Waziristan, a day after a roadside blast martyred more than 12 security personnel in the area bordering Afghanistan, Aaj News reported.

According to the Security officials, at least 60 suspects had been rounded up in a search operation conducted by forced in tehsil Ghulam Khan.

Moreover, the law enforcers recovered illegal heavy weaponry from the suspects.

During the curfew in restive North Waziristan’s Miranshah town, all entry and exit points were sealed by authorities.
