Akbar Bugti murder case: Musharraf granted one-day exemption from the hearing

QUETTA: The prominent accused of Akbar Bugti murder case, General Pervez Musharraf was granted one-day exemption from the hearing today by Justice Tariq Kasi, Aaj News reported.

The reports stated that, Advocates of the Federal Minister Aftab Sherpao and Provincial Minister Shoaib Nosherwani requested in the court to bail-out their clients from this case, as no particular evidence have been found yet against them.

Meanwhile, the court accepted the exemption request of Pervez Musharraf, as his health conditions were not suited to be present in the hearing. The court also announced the upcoming date of the hearing, which has been scheduled on June 16.

Advocate of Pervez Musharraf, Zeeshan Cheema also submitted another request in the court, in which he asked the authorities to run an independent case against his client, by terminating all other accused from this case.
