Taliban Mohmand chapter vows to resume attacks

PESHAWAR: Ameer of Tehrik-e-Taliban, Mohmand Chapter, Khalid Khurasani has vowed to resume attacks across the country as the ceasefire agreement with the government has come to an end, Aaj News reports

He announced that war will start again as many of the political parties were against the peace talks. In a published article on the social media, Khalid Khurasani said that Government continued violations of the agreed terms during the ceasefire and around 50 Taliban had been arrested and twenty others were killed in that period.

He added that several major political parties were in opposition to the ongoing peace talks, contrary to their previous recorded stance in APC. He further said that judiciary would lose its credibility if it failed to punish Former President General Musharraf.
