Sindh Police chief directs to improve performance of Madadgar-15

KARACHI: Inspector General of Sindh Police Iqbal Mehmood has directed the police officials to take practical steps to improve the performance of Madadgar-15 and submit the report in this regard with in seven days.

He said this during surprise visit to the Centre of Madadgar-15, said a statement on Tuesday.

The Sindh Police chief also reviewed the response time on the telephone calls which were received to the Madadgar-15 during his around 30-minute visit to the Centre.

He directed the officials concerned to improve the response time and upgrade the system as well as increase the work force for the purpose.

The IG Sindh was informed that the Madadgar-15 Centre manages its operations through 38 lines and immediately conveys the messages to the respective police stations to take action.

He directed the Director Information Technology Sindh Police to take necessary action to bring reforms in this regard and prepare and submit recommendations.
