SHC to hear Musharraf’s plea today

KARACHI:  Former president Pervez Musharraf’s application seeking removal of his name from government’s Exit Control List (ECL) will be heard by a two-member bench of the Sindh High Court  today, Aaj New reported on Wednesday.

Admitting the plea for hearing, the court has issued notices to Attorney General of Pakistan, FIA representatives and others to before the bench.

It is pertinent to know that the plea was filed by Musharraf’s counsel, Barrister Farogh Nasim, on Monday seeking permission for his client to fly for Dubai to get heart treatment and visit his ailing mother.
