Islamabad fruit market re-opens after one-day mourning

ISLAMABAD: The fruit market after one-day mourning re-opened on Friday following Wednesday powerful blast, which has killed 25 and injured many,  Aaj News reported.

Although the usual trading activities after a day break have started, but the labourers and traders are seen still under a shock remembering their lost buddies.

According to the reports, Prime Minister Muhammad Nawaz Sharif on Thursday approved five million rupees each as compensation for those who were killed in the Islamabad Sabzi Mandi blast. According to a Prime Minister’s Office statement issued here, the injured would get Rs 75,000 each.
