Islamabad: The investigation report of F-8 Kachehri incident has been presented in the Supreme Court on Monday, but SC Chief Justice, Tasadduq Hussain Jilani said that he would not read it in the court as its being confidential, Aaj News reported.
According to the officials, the presidents of the Bars would submit their rejoinders after reviewing the report within two days.
SC three member bench headed by the Chief Justice Tasadduq Hussain Jilani was hearing the suo motu F-8 Kachehri case here.
During the hearing, SC CJ directed the presidents of the District and High court Bars to submit their rejoinders on next hearing.
The Chief Justice in his remarks said that he could not make the investigation report public for it’s being confidential, however, the presidents of the Bars could review it in the Registrar office and submit their rejoinders on Wednesday next hearing.
