Elements fuelling religious clashes in Sindh ‘national enemies’: CM Sindh

KARACHI: Chief Minister Sindh Qaim Ali Shah has said that people promoting religious turmoil in Sindh are national enemies, saying their obscured political motives will not succeed, Aaj News reports

In a security meeting called at Chief Minister’s House, Officials from Sindh Rangers and Sindh Police briefed about the deteriorating law and order situation in sub-urban parts of Sindh.

The meeting also resolved to stop construction of illegal seminaries in Sindh and restrict the incoming IDP’s from entering the province.

In the meeting, Chief Minister said that elements disrupting peace in the province are national enemies and they should be exposed as soon as possible.

He added that Karachi Operation was moving towards the path of success. He was informed that 60 of the arrested criminals in the operation have been awarded death sentences so far.
