Detailed verdict issued regarding Musharraf’s review case petition

ISLAMABAD: Supreme Court issued a detailed verdict regarding the decision that was made on July 31, in the review plea registered by Musharraf, Aaj News reported.

According to the sources, Musharraf registered a review plea petition in the Supreme Court against the decisions of the judges that were made on July 31 against him regarding the decision he took on Novermber 3.

The review petition, at first was dismissed by the 14-member, larger bench on January 30.

The decision taken by the Supreme Court today was led by Cheif Justice Tassaduq Hussain Jillani, whereas the detail verdict was enclosed in 42 pages, in which Justice Jawad.S.Khuwaja added his 14-paged note.

The verdict mentioned that Pervez Musharraf imposed unauthorized laws on Novermber 3, whereas during his presidency, 61 judged were dismissed from there designations, because of which the review petition case and the request was delayed for 1,567 days.
