ATC orders Musharraf to attend the hearing of Akbar Bugti murder case on April 21


QUETTA: The Anti-Terrorism Court (ATC), has ordered Pervez Musharraf to attend the upcoming hearing, scheduled on April 21, regarding the Akbar Bugti murder case, Aaj News reported.

According to the sources, the ATC court led by Judge Tariq Anwar, passed on the orders to former President Pervez Musharraf to attend the upcoming hearing scheduled on April 21, regarding Akbar Bugti murder case.

The session conducted today was attended by the two suspected accused, Aftab Sherpao and Shoaib Nosherwani, whereas Pervez Musharraf, the prime suspect of the case again missed the hearing.

The ATC warned Musharraf and passed away the orders for him that it’s his last chance to attend the hearing on April 21, if he won’t attend the upcoming scheduled hearing, the court will again pass away an arrest warrant against him, whereas this time the court will not accept Musharraf’s bail.
