LAHORE: Chief Minister of Punjab, Shahbaz Sharif took an immediate notice in regard to the violence on traffic warden, attempted by Secretary of Punjab Assembly’s sons, whereas Secretary of Punjab has been dismissed from it’s position and his sons have been bailed out, Aaj News reported.
According to the sources, earlier, traffic warden Waqas Shahid asked Secretary Punjab son’s, Rai Fazal and Najaf to park their motorcycle on side for routine check, in the remits of Provincial Assembly Lahore, Bahawalpur area, on which both of them targeted the traffic warden with their violent execution.
Chief Minister of Punjab, after the incident took an immediate notice, on which he issued an order to dismiss Secretary of Punjab Assembly, Rai Mumtaz from his position.
On the other hand, son’s of former Secratary of Punjab Assembly were bailed out under the supervision of Judicional Megistrate Imtiaz Anwar during the hearing of the case. Megistrate Imtiaz Anwar claimed that the case registered against the accused lie under bailable clauses, on which he requested the Court to grant bail to his client’s.
Meanwhile, the Court accepted the request and bailed Najaf and Rai Fazal by imposing the submission of 50,000 cash penalty on each of the accused.
