ISLAMABAD: Justice Supreme Court Amer Hani Muslim criticised Chief Secretary Balochistan, saying that people are still dying in balochistan while the Secretary was roaming in America, Aaj News reports
A two-member bench, headed by Justice Amer Hani, heard the Balochistan law and order case.
During the proceedings, Muslim questioned about the investigation that was being carried out relating to the mass graves found near Khuzdar, to which Advocate General Balochistan said that two bodies have been handed over to the family members after identification while eleven others have been sent for DNA veriification which will take four months time.
The court asked the Secretary Interior to speed up the process, to which he replied that the reports could not be completed before the mentioned time.
The court further questioned that how and when will those bodies be enshrined then, adding that what caused the Chief Secretary to not meet the FC lawyer, to which the FC lawyer replied that the Chief Secretary was on a visit to America.
The court ordered the lawyer to immediately meet the Secretary upon his arrival.
