DHAKA: Baller Abdul Rehman was asked to stop bowling in the field during the eighth match of Asia Cup held between Bangladesh and Pakistan, Aaj News reported.
According to the sources, Abdul Rehman was ordered to stop bowling on the field during the match because of the dangerous spins, whereas he also flinged three no balls in the same over which is against the cricket laws.
The sources further mentioned that the Umpire ordered Abdul Rehman to abandon the bowling practice during the match, whereas the left overs were given to Fawad Alam.
It is pertinent to know that Abdul Rehman was included in the team only because of his fast bowling and spins. After the restriction imposed on Abdul Rehman during the match, he can not bowl for the next two upcoming matches.
On the other hand Bangladesh team imposed its strong position in the Asia Cup by giving Pakistani team a score of 328 run in 50 overs to defeat.
