London: MQM Chief Altaf Hussain has demanded the proper protection of minorities as well as their religious institutions, Aaj News reported on Monday.
While addressing from London, MQM chief condemned the attack on fane in Hyderabad.
He said that Governor and Sindh Chief Minister must be taken notice over the protection of minorities in Pakistan. Those people who are responsible for this attack, must be given severe punishment.
He further said that minorities have played an important role in all sectors of the country and are represented in professional spheres. They have also representation in government service and armed forces.
He also gave congratulations to New elected Ameer of Jamaat-e-Islami Maulana Siraj-ul-Haq.
