KARACHI: Spokesperson of Pakistan rangers has denied any casualty during the suicide bomb attack on one of its vehicles at Qayyumabad area Friday.
“Our vehicle was partially damaged when a suicide bomber rammed into it,” he told APP.
In reply to a question, he said body parts of the attacker have been collected and sent for required forensic assessment to one of the major public hospital equipped with required facilities.
Meanwhile Police and Rangers’ personnel reached the blast site and cordoned off the area as a probe into the incident went underway.
The official reiterated that none of the personnel or civilian has been affected during the incident that is believed to be retaliation by terrorists being targeted under the ongoing crackdown in Karachi.
