HYDERABAD: Chairperson PPP – Shaheed Bhutto (SB) Ghinwa Bhutto gave her opposing remarks for the people celebrating Sindh Cultural Festival, Aaj News reports.
While addressing a press conference, Bhutto said that a democratic state is one in which the people have equal rights and complete justice. But, unfortunately, this democracy does not possess such qualities.
While commenting about the on-going Sindh Cultural Festival the chairperson PPP-SB commented in her statement that people who attended the festival do not know even the meaning of the historic place Moenjo-Daro. Moreover, they are not even aware of the significance of two main emblems of the Sindhi culture – Ajrak (shawl) and Topi (hat).
