KARACHI: The E-health Association of Pakistan will hold 4th International Health Conference here on November 22 and 23.
The moot will be held in coordination with The Aman Foundation. Theme of the conference is “Potential of Mobile Health (mHealth) in developing countries.” It is expected to be attended by around 300 international and national delegates, including students, IT
professionals, health providers, policy makers and other stakeholders.
The conference will provide an opportunity to all partners to identify gaps and find new prospects for use of mHealth in Pakistan.
E-health Association of Pakistan (eHAP) is a non-profit organisation established to provide a common platform for sharing best practices and outcomes in the field of health as Telehealth, Health Informatics and eLearning.
The main objective of eHAP is to strengthen health systems in Pakistan using e-health solutions. eHAP operates though a Board, which has participation of major health stakeholders from Pakistan. The Secretariat is currently based at Karachi.
eHAP is also the national representative member of International Society of Telemedicine and Health (ISfTeH); and also International Medical Informatics Association (IMIA).
