Pakistan wants settlement of Kashmir issue: Mushahid

ISLAMABAD: Central Leader Pakistan Muslim League (Q) Senator Mushahid Hussain Syed on Monday said that Pakistan wants peaceful settlement of Kashmir issue according to United Nations resolutions.

Talking to reporters outside the Parliament House, he said India has always shown stubborn in the way to resolve this issue adding that without resolving the core issue of Kashmir peace process will remain illusive between India and Pakistan.

He said that there is huge scope for investment and trade between third world countries and “we must exploit this potential for rising together”.

To a question, Syed said that Pakistan considers that united, peaceful and stable Afghanistan is in the interest of the region.
