JI leader appeals to people to help earthquake victims in Balochistan

KARACHI: Dr. Rukhsana Jabeen, the General Secretary of Jamaat e Islami’s women wing (central) has appealed to the Muslims of the country to help victims of earthquake in Balochistan.

In her message on the eve of Hajj, she said the occasion reminds the believers about importance of sacrifice and absolute submission to the will of Allah.

This is again an opportunity for us to undergo introspection and realize our responsibilities towards other muslims, she said urging people to come forward and extend optimum support to the people passing through difficult times.

“Victims of natural calamities in Balochistan need our help and support and we as part of our religious obligation must not forget them,” said the JI leader.

She also referred to discipline that the ritual of Hajj inculcates among muslims and urged the former to make it an essential part of their daily life.
