KARACHI: Powerful earthquake shocks are felt on Saturday in different parts of the city.
These shocks are said to be aftershocks following Tuesday’s destructing earthquake in Baluchistan in which over 350 people have died.
Magnitude 6.8 shocks are felts in different parts of the country including Sindh and Baluchistan.
According to the US Geological Survey magnitude of the shocks was 6.8 while the epicenter was 96 km north-east of Awaran district of Balochistan.
In Sindh, shocks were felt in Karachi, Nawabshah, Larkana, Shahdad Kot, Sukkur, Shikarpur and other surrounding areas.
While in Balochistan, shocks were felt in Quetta, Khuzdar, Bolan, Jhal Magsi, Awaran and other areas.
