Harare: Pakistan win the first of the two Test series by 221 runs on the final day at the Harare Sports Club.
Needing 342 in the last innings to win the Test Zimbabwe showed inexperience and crumbled under pressure to surrender to the Pakistan spinners.
Earlier in the day Junaid Khan bowled with hostility causing damage in his first spell in which he picked up 2 wickets.
From that point the spinning duo of Saeed Ajmal and Abdur Rehman took control of the situation and took wickets at regular intervals.
Saeed Ajmal finished with 4-23 in the second innings taking his match haul to 11-118.
Abdur Rehman bowled well with him to finnish with 4-36.
