Karachi: Coast Guards seize fine quality of hashish

KARACHI: Pakistan Coast Guards (PCG) seized fine quality Hashish from a Karachi bound bus coming from Quetta at Naka Khari check post near Winder (Balochistan).

A statement issued here on Friday said that the PCG officials received information from intelligence sources about the snuggling of narcotics through RCD Highway.

It said that different passenger coaches were stopped for checking at Naka Khari check post near Winder.

During the checking of a passenger coach, the PCG officials recovered approximately 16.80 Kilograms of Hashish from unclaimed baggage. The coach was moving from Quetta to Karachi. After complete search the bus was released being a public carrier.

Further investigation and legal process is in progress, it was further stated.
