ISLAMABAD: Senator of Jamiat Ulema e Islam Fazal ur Rehman group (JUI-F), Hafiz Abdullah on Friday underlined the need for dialogue with Taliban to maintain peace and tranquility across the country.
He said there is need to continue the process of talks with the Taliban groups or representatives so that all the matters could be resolved in a proper manner.
Talking to Pakistan Television, he said that the government should go ahead for having a dialogue with the Taliban. He said that all the political parties and
other members of society are in favor of talks with the Taliban.
Senator said that using force was not a viable option to resolve the problem.
Hafiz Abdullah said that all the matters should be decided on the negotiating table.
Member National Assembly (MNA), of Pakistan Tehrik e Insaf Murad Saeed said that Pakistan Army had played tremendous role in restoring peace in Malakand division and some other troubled areas.
He said that thousands of people had lost their lives due to terrorism.
He said that there is need to tackle the issues through negotiations with Taliban.
PTI MNA said that all the political parties should sit together and make fruitful talks with Taliban.
He stressed the need for stopping the drone attacks which had taken a number of innocent lives of this region.
He said that without addressing core issues, no success could be made on any side.
