Imran Khan supports dialogue for restoration of peace in country

MIANWALI: Chairman Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Imran Khan has said that use of force can’t resolve the extremism issue and dialogues must be initiated as soon as possible.

Imran Khan visited the residences of Major General Sanaullah martyred in Lower Dir blast and condoled with the bereaved family. Earlier he also visited the mausoleum of the martyred army official, offered fateha and laid floral wrath.

Talking to media on the occasion, he said “we have already fought nine years war on terror and I am sure further nine years war can’t resolve the issue and talks were the only and simple option”.

The PTI chairman said that holding Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP) responsible for Peshawar church attack as 172 such attacks took place during Awami National Party (ANP) government.

Imran said that purpose behind calling All Parties Conference (APC) at provincial level is to pave way for dialogues with Taliban and to restore peace across the country especially in KP.
