PESHAWAR: Chief Justice Peshawar High Court (PHC) Dost Muhammad Khan has said that the institutions are not performing their duties to the full besides the country is facing numerous problems.
He said that the Government should cooperate with the Judiciary so that the courts may not have to interfere.
Addressing a ceremony at PHC, Dost Muhammad Khan said that the Judiciary wants to provide justice to the people instantly so that the country may prosper and nobody could be aggrieved.
He said that an online system is being introduced in PHC with the help of which the people would be able to register their complaints sitting back at homes.
The Chief Justice further said that a capsule-lift with a cost of 21.16 million rupees is also being installed in the court’s premises for the disable and old citizens. NNI
