ISLAMABAD: Chinese investors have showed interest over launch of four power production projects in Pakistan, media reports.
A delegation of Chinese Power Investment Corporation (CPIC) called on Chairman of Pakistan Investment Board (PIB), Zubair Umar, in Islamabad this day.
During meeting, the Chinese delegation expressed keen interest over launch of four power production projects in Pakistan.
Amongst those power projects are included a 900 megawatts’ coal power project in Sindh, 660 megawatts’ power project in Lahore, and 300 megawatts’ project in Bahawalpur.
The Chinese delegates said on the occasion that they could install 500 to 1000 megawatts’ wind power projects as well.
