KARACHI: Nabeel Gabol has officially left the Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) and joined the Muttahida Quami Movement (MQM). Gabol held a press conference at MQM headquarters Nine-Zero in Karachi to formally announce his decision.
Gabol said that he remained an MNA for the past five years because he was given the ticket by Benazir Bhutto and he wanted to show loyalty to her.
Gabol said his task with the MQM would be to bridge differences and work towards establishing brotherhood between different ethnicities.
MQM Deputy Convenor, Farooq Sattar welcomed Gabol to the party and said his inclusion would help further the vision of Altaf Hussain across Pakistan and especially in Sindh.
