Shahzeb murder case: Shahrukh Jatoi declared under-18

KARACHI: Shahrukh Jatoi, the prime accused in the murder of 20-years old Shahzeb Khan has declared under-18 in a medical report, to be presented in Anti-terrorism court by tomorrow (Wednesday), reported Aaj news.

Since, Jatoi has been proven under aged; his case will be referred to a juvenile court or a session’s court.

Shahrukh Jatoi was presented before the police surgeon’s office in Karachi on Monday upon court orders for the verification of his age by carrying out X-ray of different parts of his body.

The tests were carried out under the supervision of Police Surgeon Dr Jalil.

The 20-years old Shahzeb was shot dead on December 24, 2012, when he allegedly had a dispute with Shahrukh Jatoi and his fellows at Khayaban-e-Bahria, Defence.
