Pak military officials deny its troops killed Indian soldiers

The Director General of Military Operations for the Pakistani Army spoke with his Indian counterpart via telephone on Wednesday – and denied New Delhi’s claim that Pakistani troops killed their two soldiers in a cross border raid.

Pakistani military authorities declared New Delhi’s claim as propaganda and stated, “Our troops did not carry out attack. Indians are making counter claim to cover their attack on Pakistani post.”

The attack from India on Pakistani check-post killed a soldier and injured two others over the weekend.

“Indian authorities were informed that Pakistan has carried out ground verification and checked and found nothing of this sort happened as being alleged by India,” an official told reporters in a text message.
