Penumbral Lunar Eclipse on Nov 28: To be seen in Eastern half of Pakistan

A Penumbral Lunar Eclipse will occur on November 28, said the Met Office in a statement issued here on Monday.

It said all phases of the Penumbral Lunar Eclipse will be visible to the people in Alaska, Hawaii, New Zealand and Eastern Asia including Eastern half of Pakistan.

It added that the Penumbral Lunar Eclipse will begin at 17:15 PST with greatest eclipse at 19:34 PST, while it will end at 21:51 PST.

It may be mentioned here that the Penumbral Lunar Eclipse referred to the shadow made by the earth or the moon during a partial eclipse. This Penumbral Lunar Eclipse will be the last eclipse of the year 2012.
