WASHINGTON: The Ambassador of Pakistan in United States Sherry Rehman on Tuesday said that Pakistan is not accountable for Afghan terror attacks or any militants activities in the region, Aaj news reported.
Addressing a ceremony in Washington, Sherry Rehman said that Relations between Pakistan and America should base on the democratic norms.
She said that, Salala Attack breached the sovereignty of Pakistan and it caused the difference between the two nations.
Pakistan is facing terrorism everyday and we have lost $78 billion and hundreds of precious lives in fighting against militancy.
Answering a query Sherry said, Pakistan condemned the recent attack on Afghan territory and Pakistan completely supports the measures to eliminate terrorism across the region.
Furthermore, parliament’s recommendations on Pakistan’s foreign and defence policies created a history and both the countries should mutually work on confidence building steps.
