Lyari: Situation comes to normalcy, shops reopened

The Situation in unrested Lyari came to normalcy and shops finally reopened here on Tuesday, Aaj news reported.

According to our correspondent, Firing was stopped but nobody is arrested during the today’s operation.

Earlier, The residents of Lyari including women and children protested in le market area against the operation. The traffic in the area remained stopped and markets were closed due to the operation.

On today’s morning A lawyer was also killed in firing incident near burns road identified as Advocate Abid Hussain. He was killed by unidentified men when he was riding on his motor cycle at Burns road.

The violent skirmishes killed at least seven people including the Vice President of PPP Lyari, Hassan Soomro on Monday.

Taking a serious note of the Lyari’s plight, President has also ordered an inquiry into Soomro’s murder directing the law enforcers to apprehend his murderers on the prompt.
