ISLAMABAD: Pakistan Peoples Party received yet another blow in Balochistan on Tuesday when one of their well renowned party members, Lashkari Raisani, resigned from the party’s membership.
This step is considered to have taken place with respect to PPP’s in competency to solve up the growing issues within the province of Balochistan.
Sources stated that Mr. Raisani submitted his resignation to Senate Chairman Mr. Nayyar Bukhari. Close aide of Mr. Raisani further stated that the Baloch leader was unhappy over the government’s response to deal with the crisis within Balochistan.
Many commentators believe that Mr Raisani’s resignation would be a major turning point for the PPP and the ruling party would now face more difficulties in stabilizing the position within the province.
