The LPG dealers here on Thursday increased the price of liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) by Rs5 per kg from Rs120/kg to Rs125/kg.
The price of domestic cylinder has increased by Rs. 60 following the recent hike announced by LPG distributors whereas the government had, earlier, fixed the price of gas at Rs. 120/kg.
Thursday’s increase in prices have also affected the people of Kashmir and northern areas where the gas is now sold at Rs 170/kg.
