Benazir Bhutto case adjourned till December 4

An Anti-Terrorism Court (ATC) here on Tuesday adjourned hearing the case of assassination of Benazir Bhutto  till December 4.

Judge of Court No.3, Rana Nisar Ahmed Khan adjourned hearing of the case because Prosecutor, Muhammad Azhar did not appear before the Court.

The accused Aitzaz Shah, Sher Zaman, Rafqat, Hasnain Gul and Mufti Abdul Rashid were produced in the court amid tight security .

Shahbaz Rajput advocate appeared on behalf of the accused.

Benazir Bhutto was assassinated on December 27, 2007 in a bomb attack at Liaquat Bagh, just after she addressed a rally which was held in connection with the election campaign.
