Chief Pakistan Muslim League Nawaz (PML-N) Mian Muhammad Nawaz Sharif on Thursday strongly condemned violation of Pakistan air space by NATO helicopters, saying that it is a sheer violation of the international laws.
“Pakistan is a sovereign country and we strongly condemn the attack of NATO forces inside Pakistan,” he said while talking to media after attending the donors’ conference here.
He urged upon the government for taking appropriate and effective steps so that such a situation could not arise in future.
Commenting on the rehabilitation plan of PML-N, the ruling party in Punjab province, Nawaz Sharif said the Punjab government would ensure re-settlement of each and every flood victim, adding “We will continue till the rehabilitation of the last flood-affected people.”
He said 204 model villages would be established in seven most affected districts of the province to provide shelter to the homeless people.
In reply to a question, the PML-N Quaid said his party does not want any extra-constitutional change but it wants improvement in the governance and reforms in the system.
