Jatoi resigns over remarks against Chief Justice

State Minister for Defence Production Abdul Qayyum Jatoi has resigned from his office, Aaj News reported.
The channel quoted State TV saying Abdul Qayyum Jatoi has resigned from his office after he leveled allegations against Chief Justice Iftikhar Muhammad Chaudhary.
Prime Minister Yousuf Raza Gailani summoned Jatoi to describe his statement. He tendered his resignation in the meeting with the Prime Minister
Earlier, Abdul Qayyum Jatoi claimed that Chief Justice Iftikhar Muhammad Chaudhary had assumed office of a judge by submitting a fake domicile.
He said that Chief Justice belongs to Faisalabad but he became a judge on the quota of Balochistan
He further said that Pakistan People’s Party has no fear of military rule.
