Cabinet committee’s recommendations to be firmly implemented: Hoti

NWFP chief minister Ameer Haider Khan Hoti has said the recommendations and proposals of the Cabinet committee for the development and providing basic amenities of life to the dwellers of provincial metropolises would firmly be implemented.
Talking to various delegations from different parts of the province and in his weekly meeting with the ministers, MNAs and MPAs at his office on Friday, Ameer Haider Khan said the affectees of the recent bomb blast in Mardan will be compensated fully after the concerned authorities once assess the damages and losses to the people.
Pubic representatives from various parts of the province including Peshawar apprised the chief minister about the problems being faced by the people of their respective areas. On this, the CM issued directives to the concerned quarters to help the representatives resolve the problems in their constituencies.
Speaking on occasion, Hoti said underpasses would be established at various parts of the provincial metropolises in order to ensure a smooth flow of vehicular traffic on the city roads. Repairing the certain roads and building new ones would definitely help overcome traffic snarls, he hoped.
He said all the four members of the cabinet committee were belonged to the provincial capital, who knew the problems being faced by the Peshawariites. I am sure their recommendations would be based on authenticity and in accordance with the requirements of the people, Hoti added.
Chief Minister stressed on the public representatives to keep close contact with the people of their respective constituencies so that no miscreant could avail the opportunity of sabotaging the peace process being initiated by the provincial government for returning normalcy to its settled areas and adjacent tribal belt.
Hoti said some hidden hands were active to derail the peace process. However, he added their stance over the issue was not a fragile stance to be derailed easily.
He said a satisfactory progress has been achieved in regard to his 100-day programme, adding the goals and objectives of the programme would successfully be achieved in the said period.
Our government is confronting with huge challenges and problems despite meager resources, and we want to resolve the problems to a great extent through the best utilizations of the available resources, he maintained.
